Designated hitter Luke Brower of Holland, Michigan (Holland Christian HS) collected two hits for the Hope College baseball team to a 6-1 loss to St. Norbert, Wisconsin on Wednesday in Auburndale, Florida.

Brower produced the Flying Dutchmen's run when he scored on a ninth-inning single by catcher Nick Glowacki of Goodrich, Michigan (Goodrich HS).

Hope was outhit 10-5.

The Flying Dutchmen closed their spring break trip with a 4-5 overall record.

Hope returns to action on Saturday, March 26 with the MIAA opener at home against Alma. The doubleheader at Boeve Stadium starts at 1 p.m.
