The Hope College men's basketball team hosts Alma tonight in a showdown between first-place teams in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association.

Tipoff is 8 p.m. at DeVos Fieldhouse.

Hope enters with a 9-4 overall record and a 2-0 mark against MIAA opponents.

Alma is 6-7 overall and 2-0 in MIAA play.

Hope leads the all-time series 146-44, but the two teams split last season's meetings.
