A limited number of openings remain for Hope College's free National Girls & Women In Sports Day event on Wednesday, Jan. 18.

The program for middle school-aged girls will run at the Dow Center from 5:15 to 7 p.m.

Participants receive an hour of sports game play and activities with Flying Dutch student-athletes and coaches, snacks and a T-shirt.

Participants also receive two free tickets to the Saturday, Jan. 28 women's basketball game vs. Alma at DeVos Fieldhouse.

To register, email the participant's name, address, school, grade and T-shirt size to hopeathletics@hope.edu. Also include a contact name and phone number for the person signing up the participant.
