The Hope College women's cross country team recorded nine of the fastest 20 times en route to a winning total of 39 points at the Muskegon Community College Invitational on Friday.
The 12th-ranked Flying Dutch finished 87 points ahead of runner-up Siena Heights in the 16-team event.
Junior Emily Hamilton of Naperville, Illinois (Naperville HS) topped Hope with a fifth-place run of 18:38.8.
Senior Alexis Guttilla of St. Charles, Illinois (Westminster Christian), pictured, took eighth at 18:50.41.
Sophomore Chelsea Miskelley of Holland, Michigan (Black River) came in 11th at 18:58.1.
Four consecutive Flying Dutch runners crossed the finish line: senior Alissa Frazee of Watervliet, Michigan (Home School) in 14th at 19:04.7, junior Avery Lowe of North Muskegon, Michigan (North Muskegon) in 15th at 19:06.4, senior Rachael Webb of Grandville, Michigan (Grandville) in 16th at 19:09.1, and sophomore Kelly Peregrine of Traverse City, Michigan (Central) in 17th at 19:11.4.
Sophomore Hannah Kenny of Grand Haven, Michigan (Grand Haven) was 20th at 19:19.2.
