Hope College golfer Megan Klintworth clinched Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association season medalist honors for the third time in her career on Saturday in Battle Creek.
The senior from Jackson, Michigan (Hanover Horton HS) shot a final-round 82 at Bedford Valley Country Club and finished sixth overall in the 36-hole, two-day tournament.
Klintworth, pictured, became Hope's third three-time MIAA champion as she repeated the feat she accomplished as a junior and a freshman.
Klintworth follows Lisa Stover (1991-93) and Ellen Colenbrander (1996, 1998-99).

The Flying Dutch earned a spot in the MIAA's NCAA Division III Championship qualifier next spring. Hope will host the first round of the 54-hole event.
