Junior Erin Caton of Rochester Hills, Michigan (Adams HS) topped the Hope College women's lacrosse team during a 19-5 loss to Chapman, California on Wednesday at Colorado College.

Chapman (5-3 overall) took control of the nonleague match early, charging ahead 12-2 by halftime.

Hope (2-3) returns to action on Friday, March 24 with a nonleague match at Colorado College.
