Hope College's Alison Rich recorded a season-high in points while placing third in the heptathlon at the North Central College Dr. Gregory Invitational in Naperville, Illinois.

The junior from Haslett, Michigan (Haslett HS), pictured, totaled 4,492 points during the seven-event competition that is the final one prior to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships announcement on Sunday.

Junior Haley Fischman of Grand Ledge, Michigan (Lansing Catholic Central) finished fourth in the discus with a toss of 38.35 meters (125 feet, 10 inches).

Junior Alexis Guttilla of St. Charles, Illinois (Westminster Christian) placed 15th in the 800 meters with a run of 2:21.40.
