Hope College's American Collegiate Hockey Association team pushed top-seeded Michigan State to overtime Friday in Grand Rapids, before falling to Michigan State University 4-3 in the semifinals of the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference Vezina Cup tournament.

Austen Peterson scored two goals in the third period to send the game to overtime, including his final one with five minutes remaining in regulation.

Evan Fall also scored for Hope (21-7-2).
