Mike Miklusicak and Luke Stehney Named To National Football Foundation Honor Society

Two Hope College football players have been named to the 2019 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society: running back Mike Miklusicak and defensive lineman Luke Stehney.

The two seniors were among a record 1,643 student-athletes from across all divisions play to receive the honor, the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame announced on Tuesday.

The National Football Foundation is Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of honorees who maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers.

Miklusicak is a senior biology major from Wayland, Michigan (Wayland HS). He rushed for 2,274 yards during his career - ranking him eighth all-time among Flying Dutchmen ball carriers.

Stehney is a senior political science major from Royal Oak, Michigan (Birmingham Brother Rice). He played in 15 games for the Flying Dutchmen.
