Presented to the Hope College female athlete who had the best performance in an individual event in a given year.
* Abigail Meder, Women's Golf – In the first MIAA Jamboree of the fall season, Meder fired a 2-over-par 74 and finished first out of 54 golfers. This was her lowest career round and earned her recognition as the MIAA women's golfer of the week.
* Chelsea Miskelley, Women's Track & Field – At the 2018 MIAA Track & Field Meet, Miskelley won the 800-meter run in a time of 2:17.93. She also was a member of the second-place 4x400-meter relay at the meet. This performance helped the Flying Dutch maintain the lead in the team standings, and Hope went on to win the MIAA Outdoor Championships for the first time since 2012.
* Sydney Jones, Softball - Jones threw 14 innings, collected 22 strikeouts, and gave up just six hits to be the winning pitcher for two of the team's three games the final day of the 2018 MIAA Tournament. Hope needed to beat 16th-ranked Calvin to get to the championship series where they then needed to sweep 10th-ranked St. Mary's to win the tournament. The Flying Dutch won three games on the final day of the tournament to win the MIAA title for the first time in 12 years.
* Abigail Brinks, Women's Swimming – In her final event of the 2019 MIAA Swimming & Diving Championships, Brinks improved her lifetime best time in the 1650-yard freestyle by 38 seconds. She won the event in a time of 17:42.17. This was her first MIAA title and was one of five individual event titles for the Flying Dutch on the final day of competition. Hope captured its first MIAA championship team title since 2004.
* Rylie Dalton, Women's Soccer – In the second round of the NCAA Tournament, Dalton scored two first-half goals for the Flying Dutch to secure the team's 2-1 victory over Otterbein. This win advanced Hope to the NCAA round of 16 for the first time in program history.
* Francesca Buchanan, Women's Basketball – Playing on the road at Calvin, Buchanan scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Flying Dutch to a 50-38 victory over the Knights. She shot 67 percent from the floor and pulled down 13 rebounds with two assists. This was the most points and rebounds Buchanan has totaled against Calvin in her career.
