Jordyn Diaz, Softball — In her junior season, Diaz became an everyday starter in the outfield for the first time in her career.  She posted a .359 batting average with two doubles, three triples, and one homerun. Diaz also scored 25 runs, drew seven walks, and led the team in stolen bases going 13-for-13 on the year. Along with a breakout offensive year, Diaz made spectacular defensive plays as an outfielder in right field.

Anna Frazee, Women's Track & Field — Frazee had a breakthrough in the 3000-meter run at the end of the indoor track & field season this year. After four years of high quality performances, she still managed to drop her time by 19 seconds to win the 2020 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championship. She then went on to drop her time by another 18 seconds one week later to qualify for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field National Championship. Frazee was named to the All-MIAA team and received All-Great Lakes Region honors.

Molly Ligon, Volleyball — Ligon became a consistent contributor in her sophomore season for the Flying Dutch. In her last seven matches (including the MIAA Tournament Championship and three NCAA Tournament games), she averaged 2.2 kills/set and hit .382. Ligon helped the team advance to the 'Sweet Sixteen' round of the NCAA Division III Volleyball Tournament and a 24-8 overall record.

Claire Hallock, Women's Tennis — Hallock moved into the #1 singles and doubles spot for Hope in 2019. She finished the season with a singles record of 25-3 and a doubles record of 22-8. Hallock was selected to compete at the NCAA Division III Individual Tennis Championships and was ranked #20 in singles in the country. She received All-MIAA First Team honors and was named the MIAA MVP. Additionally, Hallock was chosen as the 2019 NCAA Division III Central Region Women's Tennis Player to Watch by the ITA (Intercollegiate Tennis Association) and was recognized as an ITA All-American.

Jacinda Cole, Women's Cross Country — In 2019, Cole improved from being a non-varsity cross country runner her first two years on the team to earning All-MIAA First Team honors. She helped the Flying Dutch to a fifth consecutive MIAA Women's Cross Country Championship. Additionally, Cole was one of the top five runners for Hope at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional and the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championship.
