The Hope College men's tennis team claimed a 6-3 win against Spring Arbor University on Saturday at DeWitt Tennis Center.
The Flying Dutchmen (1-1 overall) captured four singles flights and two doubles flights.

At No. 1 singles, junior Jacob Burkett (Clarkston, Michigan / Clarkston HS) defeated Connor Mogle, 6-0, 6-3.
At No. 2 singles, junior Cameron Coates (Stevensville, Michigan / Laurel Springs) defeated Brendin Bentley, 6-3, 6-4.
At No. 5 singles, freshman Austin Becksvoort (Holland, Michigan / Holland Christian) topped Bret Bentley, 6-3, 6-1.
At No. 6 singles, junior Matt Henkel (Traverse City, Michigan / T.C. Central) downed Drew Hall, 6-1, 6-2.
At No. 1 doubles, Burkett and Henkel paired for an 8-4 victory against Brendin Bentley and Ryan Maclean.
At No. 3 doubles, Coates paired with junior Tyler Koran (Salinas, California / Salinas) for an 8-7 (7-2) victory against Bret Bentley and Charlie Dobben.
Hope's next match is Friday, Feb. 11, at noon at home against Aquinas College.
