Hope College center Olivia Voskuil has been chosen to the D3hoops.com All-America Teams for NCAA Division III women's basketball team.

The fifth-year senior and civil engineering major is a fourth-team selection.

Head coach Brian Morehouse praised Voskuil for the variety of contributions she made for the national champion Flying Dutch.

"What more can you say about her than she was a four-time MIAA Defensive Player of the Year," Morehouse said. "Her continued improvement year-to-year was highlighted during the six-game tournament run where she shot 45 percent from the field, 75 percent from the foul line and averaged 2.5 assists per game."

This is Voskuil's first D3hoops All-America honor. She joins teammate and D3hoops Player of the Year Kenedy Schoonveld on the All-America Teams.

Voskuil averaged career-highs with 9.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.1 blocks per game this season. She also averaged 1.5 assists per game over 33 games.

Hope finished with a 32-1 overall record and won 77 of 78 games over the past three seasons. The Flying Dutch were MIAA co-champions and won the league tournament this season.

For her career, Voskuil played in all 138 games during her career, including 107 starts. She shares the games played record with Schoonveld and helped Hope post a 130-8 record over five seasons.
