Hope College attacker/midfielder Ethan Pinto has been chosen as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Lacrosse Offensive Athlete of the Week.
This is Pinto's first MIAA Athlete of the Week of the season and the second of his career.
The senior business major from Caledonia, Michigan (Caledonia HS) scored 7 goals and recorded eleven shots during two wins last week during MIAA play.
On Wednesday, Pinto registered a team-high four goals during a 19-6 victory at home against Adrian College. The senior also caused a single turnover while recording 8 shots.
On Saturday, Pinto scored three times and added three shots during a 22-11 victory at Kalamazoo.
