The Hope College baseball team's series opener against Kalamazoo College has been moved up to Tuesday, April 1, because of the rainy forecast in West Michigan on Wednesday, April 2.

First pitch at Boeve Baseball Stadium remains scheduled for 4 p.m.

Admission is free. The game will be streamed on the Hope Athletics YouTube Network.

Kalamazoo is part of a four-way tie for first place atop the MIAA standings after the first series of the season. The Hornets are 2-1 in league play.

Hope is one game back of first along with three other MIAA teams.
