Six Hope College women's golfers have been chosen for the Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team: senior Jordan Winters, junior Sara Muir, and sophomores Kylie Gernaat, Rachael Jones, Jaiden Winters and Allyson Zuidema.

Jordan Winters (New Carlisle, Indiana / New Prairie HS) was a biology major who earned WGCA All-American Scholar Team accolades for the first time.

Muir (Ada, Michigan / Grand Rapids Christian) is a public accounting and business double major and a three-time WGCA All-American Scholar Team honoree.

Gernaat (Kalamazoo, Michigan / Kalamazoo Christian) is a business major and a first-time WGCA All-American Scholar Team selection.

Jones (Grove City, Ohio / Grove City) is a mechanical engineering major and a first-time WGCA All-American Scholar Team honoree.

Jaiden Winters (New Carlisle, Indiana / New Prairie HS) is a nursing major and a two-time WGCA All-American Scholar Team recipient.

Zuidema (Northville, Michigan / Northville) is an accounting and English major who claimed WGCA All-American Scholar Team selection for the second time.

The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics and continue to demonstrate the high-level academic achievements of our players. To be selected, a student-athlete must:

• Have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher;
• Be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season;
• Have played in 50% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.
