Guard Marcus Wourman Achieves 1,000-Point Career Milestone

Guard Marcus Wourman joined an elite group of Hope College men's basketball scorers during Saturday's 68-64 victory against The University of Olivet at DeVos Fieldhouse.

The senior from Lansing, Michigan (East Lansing) reached the 1,000-point milestone in his 101st game by sinking a second-half free throw.

Wourman is the 46th member of the Flying Dutchmen to accomplish the feat.

The communication major also ranks 10th all-time at Hope with 153 steals and 13th with 250 career assists through 101 career games.
