Sophomore Klare Northuis of Holland (Holland HS) won the 50-yard freestyle to lead Hope during the second and final day of Wheaton (Ill.) Invitational.
Hope finished fifth at the five-team event with 437.5 points. Washington-St. Louis won with 1,057 points.
Northuis won the 50 free in 24.77 seconds. She also took fourth in the 100 freestyle in 53.7 seconds.
Sophomore Jorgie Watson of Grand Rapids (Catholic Central HS) came in third in the 200 breaststroke in 2:25.32 and fourth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:06.73.
Freshman Molly Meyer of South Bend, Ind. (John Adams HS), placed fourth in the 100 backstroke in 58.86.
The Flying Dutch were fourth in the 200 medley relay, with sophomore sophomore Michelle Hance of Noblesville, Ind. (Noblesville HS), Watson, Meyer and freshman Mikayla Freyling of Alto (Grand Rapids South Christian HS) going 1:48.91.
