The Hope College volleyball team served up another stirring comeback on Saturday and claimed its second consecutive regional championship.
The second-ranked Flying Dutch rallied to defeat host and fourth-ranked Wittenberg, Ohio, for the Springfield regional championship 16-25, 19-25, 25-16, 25-23, 15-13.
Hope (31-2 overall) advances to the national quarterfinals for the second consecutive season and third time in six years.

The Flying Dutch will face No. 15 Clarkson, N.Y., a four-set winner against Stevens Institute on Sunday.

Hope rallied from an 0-2 hole in Friday's semifinals to defeat No. 10 Juniata (Pennsylvania).
Senior Jenna Grasmeyer of Jenison, Michigan (Hudsonville Unity Christian HS), was named the regional's Most Valuable Player.
Grasmeyer totaled 26 kills on a school-record 77 attempts. She passed her old mark for a 25-point set of 75 that she accomplished twice previously.
Senior Jillian Sommerville of Plymouth, Michigan (Salem HS), and junior Lauren Hazekamp of Fruitport, Michigan (Fruitport HS), joined Grasmeyer on the seven-player all-tournament team.
Sophomore Courtney Van Houzen of Traverse City, Michigan (Traverse City HS), recorded nine kills for Hope.
Sommerville and senior Anna Lynch of Lake Odessa, Michigan (Lakewood HS), each chipped in eight kills.
Hazekamp totaled 50 assists and 23 digs. She was second on the team in digs behind junior Allie Mitchell of Grand Rapids, Michigan (Forest Hills Eastern HS).
Hope's national quarterfinal will be held on Friday, Nov. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at Christopher Newport University's Freeman Center in Newport News, Virginia.
Hope is one of two MIAA teams to reach the national quarterfinals. Calvin, which shared the regular season title with the Flying Dutch, beat Carthage in four sets on Saturday to clinch its spot.
It is the second consecutive season Hope and Calvin both made the national quarterfinals.
Wittenberg finished with a 30-3 record.
