Hope College's David Dolfin is the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Track Athlete of the Week for the period ending April 20.

The senior from Hingham, Wis. (Oostburg HS), finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.86 seconds and eighth in the triple jump with a leap of 42 feet, 8 ¾ inches at the Grand Valley State University Al Owens Invitational.

Dolfin's triple jump is the second-best in the MIAA so far this season.

Dolfin is being honored as Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career.
