Steffon Mayhue finished fourth in the triple jump to top the Hope College men's track & field team on Friday at Dr. Keeler Invitational hosted by North Central (Ill.) College.

The senior from Holland, Michigan (Holland HS), leapt 41 feet, 10 ½ inches in the triple jump.

Mayhue also finished seventh in the long jump with a leap of 22-11 ½.

Junior Jacob Everly of Woodstock, Illinois (Marian Catholic Central HS), took sixth in the javelin with a toss of 162-2.
