Members of the Hope College men's and women's soccer teams were happy to give an assist last fall to the Van Andel Institute's biomedical research efforts.
The Flying Dutchmen and Flying Dutch held Purple Games on September 20, 2014, at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.
They presented a check for $4,690 for the Van Andel Institute to Hope alums David ('83) and Carol ('81) Van Andel on Wednesday, February 11 during halftime of the men's basketball game against Olivet. David is Van Andel Institute's Chairman and CEO.
