Hope earned its point with a three-set marathon win at No. 5 singles.
Sophomore Paige Courts of Caledonia, Michigan (Grand Rapids South Christian HS), outlasted Sarah Berchuck for a 7-6 (5), 2-6, 10-7 victory.
The No. 6 singles flight also went three sets, with sophomore Kate Mader of Granger, Indiana (Penn HS), falling 6-2, 3-6, 13-11.
Hope returns to action on Tuesday when the Flying Dutch host Calvin for a 4 p.m. MIAA match.
