Hope College long jumper Dion Goliday placed fifth at the Grand Valley State University Mike Lints Open on Saturday in Allendale.
The senior from Muskegon, Michigan (Oakridge HS) recorded a leap of 20 feet, 10 ½ inches.
The indoor meet featured teams from NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Hope finished 22nd place with four points.
The Flying Dutchmen's next meet is Friday, Feb. 19 at the GVSU Tune Up.
