The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association co-champion Hope College women's soccer team kicks off postseason play tonight with a 7 p.m. semifinal match against Calvin College at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate: General Admission - $7; MIAA Faculty/Staff with ID, Non-MIAA students - $5. MIAA students will be admitted free with their student ID.
Today's winner advances to Saturday's noon championship match at the site of the highest remaining seed against either top-seeded Kalamazoo or fourth-seeded Alma.
The Flying Dutch (13-2-2 overall) claimed a share of the MIAA regular-season championship with a 12-2-0 league record. They tied Kalamazoo for first place.
Hope earned the second seed for the MIAA Tournament because Kalamazoo had a better head-to-head record with one win and one tie against the Flying Dutch this season.
Hope went 2-0 against Calvin this season, winning 3-0 on October 1 at Van Andel Soccer Stadium and 1-0 on October 31 at Calvin. The Flying Dutch trail in the all-time series 14-32-5.
Hope is 5-6 all-time in MIAA Tournament semifinals, dating back to 1990. The Flying Dutch have a four-match win streak in semifinal matches.
Hope lost to Calvin 3-0 in the 2015 MIAA Tournament championship match. The two teams played two scoreless games during the regular season.
Senior Elizabeth Perkins is tied for fifth in NCAA Division III with a school-record 22 goals this season. She scored 19 times in MIAA play this season, tying for the sixth all-time by an MIAA player.
Elizabeth Perkins also has contributed a team-high seven assists this season. Her 51 points this season are a school record.
Elizabeth Perkins has 36 career goals — fourth-most in Flying Dutch history. She needs two goals to equal Dawn Gillam (2001-04) for third place. The school record is 50.
Junior Erin Brophy has scored a career-high eight goals this season.
Sisters Natalie Curry, a senior, and Hilary Curry, a sophomore, both have reached career-highs with five goals this season.
