Hope enters with a 2-4 overall record and an 0-1 mark in MIAA play after a 1-0 loss to Alma on Tuesday. Ninth-ranked Calvin is 4-1 overall and 1-0 against league competition after beating Adrian 2-0 on Tuesday.
Sophomore Devon Butler is tied for fourth in scoring in the MIAA this season with a Hope-leading two goals. Calvin has two players tied for second with three goals: Senior Stephan Hooker and freshman Ian Adams.

Freshman goalie Blair McCormick was selected the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week on Monday. He earned the honor for the first time in his career after registering his first two collegiate victories last week against Grace Bible and Benedictine, Illinois.
