MIAA Preseason Men's Soccer Coaches Poll Released

The Hope College men's soccer team finished sixth in the 2017 Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Preseason Coaches Poll.

Coach Steven Smith's Flying Dutchmen totaled 36 points in the eight-team poll.

Hope kicks off the season on Friday-Saturday, September 1-2 when it hosts the annual Cal Bergsma Memorial Tournament at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.

The Flying Dutchmen's first MIAA match is Wednesday, Sept 13 against Kalamazoo at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.

This is Smith's 28th season at Hope. He owns a career record of 365-144-42.
