Hope, the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association regular-season and tournament champions, ended the season with a 14-9 overall record.
Three-time individual national champion Eunice Chong led Wesleyan (13-3 overall) led Wesleyan with wins at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.
Wesleyan will face No. 9 Carnegie Mellon in Saturday's regional final.
The regional semifinal appearance was the third in a row for the Flying Dutch.
