Hope College's Addyson Gerig is the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week.

The senior from Holland, Michigan (West Ottawa HS) is receiving the award for the second time this season and the second time in her career.

During Friday's Grand Valley State University Tune-Up, Gerig won the triple jump with a leap of 10.35 meters (33 feet, 11 ½ inches).

Gerig also took third in the high jump by clearing 1.56 meters (5-1 ¼).
