The Hope College men's golf team finished in fourth place at the Calvin Spring Invitational at Watermark Country Club on Monday.
The Flying Dutchmen totaled 323 strokes while Trine University took team-low honors with a 303.
Calvin University was second with 307 strokes and Kalamazoo College claimed third with a team total of 310.
Hope was led by freshman Will Robson (Grand Rapids, Mich./East Grand Rapids HS), pictured, who shot a seven-over 79. He tied for 12th place individually.
One stroke back for the Flying Dutchmen was sophomore Jack Crawford (Carmel, Ind./Carmel HS) with an 80.
Sophomore Seth Almquist (Minneapolis, Minn./Wayzata HS) fired an 81; freshman Brian Marx (Bloomfield Hills, Mich./Pontiac Notre Dame Prep) carded an 83; and, sophomore Tim Wageman Chesterfield, Mich./Saline) shot an 85.
Medalist honors were won by Kasen Anderson of Calvin who fired a 72.
Hope is off for more than a week. The next competition will be an MIAA Jamboree on Wednesday, April 21 at Kalamazoo Country Club. Tee time is 1 p.m.
