It is the fourth time a Flying Dutch runner has claimed All-America honors in the 10,000 meters.

Marcia VanderSall earned the honor with sixth-place finishes in 1993 and 1991. Jennifer Ernst placed seventh in 1999.

On Saturday, Tucker will run for her second All-America honor in the outdoor 5,000 meters. Tucker finished fourth at nationals in the event in 2021. The race is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.

In 2020, Tucker was awarded All-America honors after the indoor nationals were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
