Led by head coach Becky Schmidt, Hope opens the season on Friday-Saturday, Sept. 2-3, at the Great Lakes Crossover at the Cedar Point Sports Center in Sandusky, Ohio. The Flying Dutch's home opener is Friday-Saturday, Sept. 9-10, when they are one of three host sites for the MIAA's crossover tournament with the North Coast Athletic Conference.

Hope begins MIAA play on Tuesday, Sept. 20, against Albion College at DeVos Fieldhouse.

On the court, middle blocker Charlotte Brecht leads the Flying Dutch. The senior from Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan (Grosse Pointe South HS) is a two-time, All-MIAA Second Team selection.
