The Hope College women's soccer team will face Trine University in the MIAA Tournament semifinals this week.

The second-seeded Flying Dutch (9-2-5 overall) will host the game on Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 5 p.m. at Van Andel Soccer Stadium.

Sixth-seeded Trine (8-6-5) advanced to the semifinals by winning 1-0 at third-seeded Kalamazoo College in first-round play on Saturday. Bella Mabry scored the winning goal for the Thunder with three seconds remaining in regulation.

Hope received a first-round bye.

The Flying Dutch will face Trine for the second time this season.

Junior Carley Wagasky (Grand Haven, Michigan / Grand Haven HS) snapped a 1-1 tie with two second-half goals.

Tickets for the game can be purchased through the MIAA website and at the gate. They cost $8 for adults and $5 for MIAA faculty and staff and non-MIAA students. There are no cash sales.
