The Hope College volleyball team moved up one spot to 11th in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association/Taraflex Poll for NCAA Division III.

The Flying Dutch, who own an 18-5 overall record, totaled 1,238 points and finished 48 points outside of the Top 10.

The University of La Verne (California) continued to top the national rankings with 69 out of 86 possible first-place votes and 2,133 points.

Hope returns to the court tonight at 6:30 p.m. at The University of Olivet.

The Flying Dutch lead the MIAA with a 5-0 league record.

Hope's next home match is Saturday, Nov. 1, at 1 p.m. against Alma College at DeVos Fieldhouse. Tickets can be purchased in advance through the Hope College Ticket Office or at the door.
