The Hope College women's tennis team put up a third consecutive MIAA statement win on Saturday, defeating Adrian College on the road, 6-1.
The league-leading Flying Dutch swept all three doubles matches, setting the tone for their triumph.
Adrian earned their lone point in a marathon three-set tiebreaker at No. 1 singles.
Senior Miyako Coffey (Cedar Rapids, Iowa / Xavier HS) delivered a standout performance at No. 4 singles, rallying from a first-set loss to clinch the match with a thrilling scoreline of 4-6, 6-2, 1-0 (10-8).
Hope (13-6, 5-0 MIAA) hosts Saint Mary's College (Indiana) on Wednesday, April 16, at 4 p.m. at home at the VandePoel-Heeringa Stadium Courts.
