Fans are encouraged to allow extra time for parking for the Hope College home football and volleyball games this weekend.

Saturday, Sept. 27, will be an exciting and busy day for the college with four events being held on the east side of campus:

• Baseball prospect camp at Boeve Baseball Stadium, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.;
• Volleyball matches at DeVos Fieldhouse, 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.;
• Football game at Smith Stadium, 1 p.m.;
• The Pull at Buys Athletic Fields, 3 p.m.

Lot 75 on the west side of Smith Stadium is reserved for parking pass holders and opens four hours before kickoff. Fans using general parking can park at Smallenburg Park on 13th and Fairbanks or at DeVos Fieldhouse. Shuttle service will run to and from both locations. 

The handicap parking spaces in Lot 75 are first-come, first-served and do not require a tailgate parking pass.

The visiting team tailgate will be held at DeVos Fieldhouse in the southeast corner. A limited number of spots will be reserved there for the visiting team tailgate. 

Fans also can park on the streets near the athletic facilities and at other designated lots on campus, where permitted.

Tickets are on sale in advance for football and volleyball games through the Hope College Ticket Office online, or weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in person at 100 East Eighth St. or by phone at (616) 395-7890.

The ticket booth will open at 9:30 a.m. at DeVos Fieldhouse and at 11 a.m. at Smith Stadium.
