Men's 4x400 Track Relay Selected as MIAA Athletes of the Week

Four members of the Hope College men's indoor track and field team have been chosen as MIAA Indoor Men's Track Athletes of the Week: senior Erickson Kunzler, junior Dylan Terpstra, sophomore Kevin Barifagok and freshman Luke Bellino.

The Flying Dutchmen's 4x400 relay is honored after clocking the ninth-fastest time in NCAA Division III at 3 minutes, 14.31 seconds on Friday during the University of Michigan's Silverston Invitational.

Terpstra (Hudsonville, Michigan / Hudsonville) claimed MIAA weekly indoor track accolades for the third time this season and his career. He is a communication major.

Kunzler (Marne, Michigan / Grand Rapids Catholic Central) earned MIAA weekly honors for the first time in his career. He is an exercise science major.

This is the first MIAA weekly honor for Barifagok (Las Vegas, Nevada / Cristo Rey Saint Viator) and Bellino (Brighton, Michigan / Brighton).
