Four standouts on the MIAA champion Hope College men's swimming and diving team have been chosen for the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Swimming & Diving teams, selected by College Sports Communicators: juniors
Josh Bordovsky and
Graham Eisenmann, and sophomores
Luke Newcomb and
Luke Wyrick.
The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes men's swimming & diving Academic All-District honorees for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on April 29.
To be nominated, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, carry a minimum grade point average of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale), and must compete in 75 percent of competitions,
 finish top-eight at a conference meet, or participate in a national championship.Â
Bordovsky, a mathematics major from Herndon, Va. (South Lakes), swam to three Second-Team All-America finishes at the NCAA Championships (200 individual medley, 400 free relay and 800 relay). He also earned All-MIAA recognition after winning the 200 individual medley, 400 free relay and 800 relay at the MIAA Championships.
Eisenmann, a mathematics major from Ozark, Miss. (Ozark), swam to Second-Team All-America accolades in the 400- and 800-yard freestyle relays at the NCAA Championships. He earned All-MIAA distinction after winning the 100 freestyle, the 200 free relay and the 200 medley relay at the MIAA Championships.
Newcomb of Brighton, Mich. (Brighton), repeated as MIAA champion in the 100 breaststroke this season and claimed All-MIAA recognition.
Wyrick, a biomedical and biomechanical engineering major from Glen Ellyn, Ill. (Glenbard West), swam to an MIAA title in the 400 individual medley and All-MIAA honors.
The Division III CSC Academic All-America program is partially financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment for the 2025-26 program.
