Freshman attack Gunnar Elder of East Grand Rapids (East Grand Rapids HS) scored three goals to lead the Flying Dutchmen.
Freshman attack Zach Weber of Ann Arbor (Pioneer HS) chipped in two goals for Hope.
The Flying Dutchmen could not overcome a 9-3 halftime deficit.
Hope is now 4-5 overall and 1-1 in MIAA action.
