Men’s Lacrosse Teammates Jackson Early and Jack McNamara Named USILA Scholar All-Americans

Hope College men's lacrosse teammates Jackson Early and Jack McNamara have been selected as United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Scholar All-Americans for the 2026 season.

The USILA selects Scholar All-Americans from nominees who carry a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, are All-Americans, and either are members of the USILA North-South All-Star Team or are outstanding league or conference student-athletes.

Early and McNamara helped the Flying Dutchmen post a 20-1 record this season, become the first MIAA team to reach the NCAA Division III quarterfinals, and capture outright MIAA regular-season and tournament titles for the second time in three seasons.

Early graduated with a degree in public accounting. The midfielder from East Lansing, Michigan (East Lansing HS), was chosen to play in the USILA North-South All-Star Game this season.

McNamara graduated with a biology degree. The midfielder from Ada, Michigan (Forest Hills Central HS), earned second-team All-MIAA honors as a senior.
