Hope College's Daniel Settecerri has been selected the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Golfer of the Week.

The junior from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (Bloomfield HS) is receiving the honor for the second time this season and the third time in his career.

Settecerri tied for first place at the MIAA Fall Tournament last weekend by firing back-to-back, even-par rounds of 70 at Kaufman Golf Course in Wyoming, Michigan.

He helped the ninth-ranked Flying Dutchmen shoot 8-over-par for the 36-hole tournament and earn their 21st league championship.

Settecerri joined teammate Josh Gibson of Grandville, Michigan (Grandville) atop the tournament standings.

Settecerri shot two strokes below his season average for MIAA competition during the MIAA Fall Tournament.
