Hope College's Sara Plohetski has been selected as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women's Diver of the Week.
The senior from South Lyon, Michigan (South Lyon HS) is receiving the honor for the first time in her career.
On Saturday, Plohetski took second place on the 1-meter board at the Calvin Invitational. She posted an 11-dive score of 377.60 points.
On Friday, Plohetski swept 1- and 3-meter diving during a dual meet victory against NCAA Division III Davenport University. She totaled 222.20 points on the 1 meter and 203.20 points on 3-meter.
