Hope College's Sara Plohetski finished first in 3-meter diving during the Carthage College Invitational on Saturday.

The senior from South Lyon, Michigan (South Lyon HS) topped a field of 15 divers during the competition hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Plohetski posted a season-best score of 331.60 points.

Plohetski also took third in 1-meter diving with a total of 361.70 points.

Hope's next meet is Saturday, January 12 at the Michigan-Illinois Quad hosted by Wheaton College (Illinois).
