Indoor Track and Field's Nick Hoffman Improves His Own 1-Mile Record

Nick Hoffman bettered his own Hope College indoor track and field record in the 1-mile run on Saturday at Grand Valley State University.

The senior from Holland, Michigan (Holland HS) clocked an adjusted time of 4 minutes, 12.19 seconds on GVSU's oversized track during the Mike Lints Alumni Meet.

Hoffman eclipsed his previous school record of 4:12.57 from the 2021 indoor season.

Hope's next meet is Friday, Jan. 28, at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic.
