Abby Koops Chosen as the MIAA Women's Diving Athlete of the Week

Hope College's Abby Koops has been selected as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women's Diving Athlete of the Week.

The freshman from Grand Rapids, Michigan (Forest Hills Northern HS) is receiving the honor for the third time this season.

Koops won both boards during a 188-110 dual meet victory against Albion College on Saturday at Holland Aquatic Center.

On the 1-meter board, Koops totaled a season-best score of 259.95 points.

On the 3-meter board, Koops recorded a score of 247.85 points.
