Hope College's Jack Guerrera has been chosen as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Golfer of the Week.

The freshman from Northville, Michigan (Detroit Catholic Central HS) led the Flying Dutchmen to a first-place finish at the MIAA's NCAA Division III Championships qualifier last week.

Guerrera averaged 72.5 strokes over 36 holes during tournament play at Stonewater Country Club in Caledonia.

On Tuesday, Guerrera carded an even-par 71 during the second round.

On Wednesday, Guerrera was runner-up with a 74.
