Hope College's Daniel Keith and Grant Williams have claimed Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men's Swimmer & Diver of the Week honors.
This is the second time this season both have received their respective awards.
Williams, pictured right, posted two season-high dives at Wabash College (Indiana) on Friday — the site of this season's NCAA Division III regional championships.
He won the 3-meter board with a total of 292.75 points.
He won the 1-meter board with a score of 291.65.
Williams finished ahead of two divers who were regional qualifiers last season.
Keith, pictured left, broke a 16-year-old meet record in the 200-yard backstroke at the Michigan-Illinois Quad hosted by Wheaton College (Illinois) on Saturday.
The sophomore from Saline, Michigan (Saline HS) clocked a time of 1 minute, 53.11 seconds to win the event. It is the second-fastest 200 backstroke time by a MIAA swimmer this season.
Keith tied for first in the 50 freestyle with a swim of 53.11 seconds. He also recorded a 100 butterfly split of 50.67 seconds that was the fastest this weekend by a MIAA swimmer.
